Jiang has over 20 years experience in
academic and industrial research in fermentation, food science and microbiology,
in China, Australia and New Zealand. His experience includes research into
industrial ethanol fermentation, and isolation, identification and optimization
of microbial processes to produce antibiotic, pesticide and enzyme
products.Jiang leads the Company’s biotechnology research into ethanol and food
by-product production.
