As an experienced food scientist, Anna has been involved
in developing new processes and trialling new products, including field trials.
When these have been adopted on a commercial scale, Anna developed the necessary
procedures and protocols, and oversaw staff training.
Prior to this work
in the viticulture industry, Anna worked in one of the toughest environments -
the High School classroom.
Within Agritechnology Anna now oversees the
delivery of the company's food science programme.
